Women’s Health Hub is a female-focused bulk billing general practice and specialist centre, all under one roof.

WHH offer outstanding health care services for women and their families in Hoppers Crossing and surrounding suburbs.


The WHH problem was finding a communications solution that could be installed with ease and without the need for fixed internet into their new building. Telstra infrastructure shortfalls left them without business internet services at the time of opening their new premise so communications with their patients were extremely limited.

C2 Solution

C2 Communications were able to implement a hosted 3CX Phone System in our Amazon VPC based in Sydney, remotely provision Yealink T42S handsets, and provide a temporary 4G internet service. In addition to this, we could remotely provision Cisco SPA112 hardware to allow the security systems to communicate to their central management.


WHH was able to launch their new business on time with a system that enabled them to communicate with their local community and customer base, irrespective of the Telstra shortfall. Hosting the 3CX system reduced their reliance on on-premise hardware and reduced their capital expenses to install.
