BCHC is a familiar and important name in regional Victoria as they are the heart of community health services and play an invaluable role in Ballarat and it’s surrounding areas. This month C2 Communications were invited to collaborate and consult BCHC in the installation and operation of 3CX and the porting and provisioning of our business SIP services.
BCHC is made up of 4 key sites and over 250 users. The key requirements for their new phone system were to have a centrally managed system, flexible and scalable, and cost-effective to run. C2 Communications presented the case for SIP and 3CX and detailed the following points:
After a rigorous selection process C2 Communications we’re successfully picked as the service provider for BCHC and were responsible for ensuring service delivery met the expectation of our newest client. Earlier in June the C2 Comms and BCHC teams combined to install, configure, implement, train, and cut over the phone system and carriage with great success.
